Does ArtfulTea offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $60. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea for safety reasons. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

We source high-quality ingredients and offer a wide selection of certified organic teas. All our flavored blends use natural oils and botanicals rather than artificial flavorings to ensure a pure tasting experience.

How much caffeine is in a typical cup of tea?

Caffeine levels vary by tea type: Black and Matcha teas have the highest levels, Oolong and Green teas have moderate amounts, and our Herbal (Tisane) and Rooibos selections are naturally 100% caffeine-free.
