At ArtfulTea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose leaf tea and teaware. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened tea or unused teaware in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our blending facility safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
